FALOODA:
INGREDIENTS: ( serves 4 )
1 litre milk
4 tsp sugar
6 tbsp vermicelli, broken into short lengths
4 tbsp cardmom seeds
150 ml water
40 g strawberry or raspberry jelly packet,
prepared according to packet instructions
20 g rose water
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
METHOD:

prepared according to packet instructions
20 g rose water
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
METHOD:
- Mix milk and sugar. Boil vermicelli and cardamom seeds in water until softened and drain.
- Add to milk along with rose water. Cut jelly into cubes. Place a few jelly cubes at the bottom of four glasses and pour mixture over.
- Chill well. Before serving, float a scoop of ice cream on top of each glass. Decorate with remaining jelly and few cardamom seeds.
