BLACK SESAME PUDDING

BLACK  SESAME  PUDDING:


INGREDIENTS:           ( serves 3 )

25  g  gelatin powder
100  g  black sesame paste ( available at supermarkets selling Chinese
                                                         food items )
200  g white sugar
500  g fresh milk
75  g  condensed milk

METHOD:
  • Boil 100 ml water and mix in gelatin powder until it is totally dissolved, add black sesame paste, sugar and both fresh and condensed milk. Set pudding mixture aside to cool slightly.
  • Place pudding mixture in moulds of your choice and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Remove frozen pudding from moulds, garnish with a topping of your choice and serve immediately.
