CHILLI CHOCOLATE WITH CREME FRAICHE: AMERICA
INGREDIENTS: ( serves 4 )
100 g bittersweet chocolate
150 ml milk
1 fresh deseeded chilli
1-2 tsp brown sugar
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A little creme fraiche
Dried chillies, to garnish
METHOD:

100 g bittersweet chocolate
150 ml milk

METHOD:
- Roughly chop the chocolate and put into a pan with the milk.
- Slit the chilli open and add to the pan with 1-2 tsp brown sugar ( depending on taste ).
- Heat, stirring until the chocolate has melted.
- Remove the chilli divide the mixture between four glasses.
- Stir a pinch of ground cinnamon into a little creme fraiche, add a small spoonful to each glass and serve immediately, garnish with dried chillies if desired.
